Looks like they were originally keychains. I can't find any specifics though. Some leads say gumball machines. But who knows, after all these are from close to 100 years old and all.

Hello everyone,

I’ve looked a little while now for some specifics of these figures, but with no avail. They seem to be made in the 1930s and are either two Mickey Mouse figures or are one Mickey Mouse figure and one Minnie Mouse figure. Please note that the figure with red clothing is missing its back foot and left ear. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You can also use Google lens(right click the picture and it should be in the options that pop up) to search for related pictures. Google lens is the first thing I use when anyone asks to identify anything.
