Definitely not Battle Beasts related but the sculpt looks familiar in a way as I remember it from a Dinosaur line but it´s more dark brown, don´t have any more info on it sadly enough but the BB connection can be excluded.

The Design definitely looks familiar.
It looks like it could be a Dinosaucers character, but a quick search didn't bring up any that matched.
