Yes, that's part of the sculpt- and the coloring is just fading/darkening....it happens. I have some like that too.

I have this muscle figure that is a strange color. It's almost a glow in the dark color, it has the marks like any other muscle has in the back but it has a extra marking which is NK. Is this a special muscle fig?

I believe that is just part of his outfit...it isnt a trademark or manufacturer marking.

It's like some are sunburned rather than faded. Not sure why that happens.

The Neon green has a tendancy to fade due to light exposure, possibly more than the other colors but Orange & Magenta are prone to it too. Unfortunately it's a common occurence so you just have a regular faded M.U.S.C.L.E.
