Some robed ninja?

I just got this in a lot of Muscle. The picture figure is quite dirty. I cleaned it and the figure feels slimey or slippery when it's wet.(made cleaning it very easy) And a bit sticky when it dried. The face is unrecognizable. There is a Chinese star and sword on it's body. It feels soft almost like keshi. But not quite. There are no printing or copyright on the figure. There are holes on the elbows.(shown in a picture) Maybe had some sort accessory that attached to the figure. I'v never felt a figure like this it being so slippery and sticky. Almost reminds me of those toys that would grow in water.

Yeah I think you're right. The pose looks pretty much like this Tyranus Ninja Mite character. What's the deal with what the figures are made of that make the figure feel so...icky? Are all Exogini figures like that?

It's the Rubber they are made with, I have some in a bag that are like this. I don't know if they can all get like that or it's only certain colors, but it makes them very undesirable haha

I have a couple Exogini that are sticky like that--it's annoying. I haven't noticed it with the French Cosmix versions though and I have the whole set of those.
