So I recently got a bunch of the Japanese Battle Beasts cards, I was wondering if I should laminate them or not. Ideas, suggestions?

I don't really see the benefit of lamination; I mean there are so many ways you can protect them that aren't permanent. I just keep all of mine in protective pages in a binder. As long as they're kept in a dry space they should remain safe enough.

I would use the hard plastic single card shells- cards do best in these. You could stab a laminated or plastic covered card and the crease would kill it. The hard plastic guarantees ultimate protection..

OK, eventually down the road I want to make a specialized display, behind each beast will be their card. I might end up doing the hard sleeves.

yeah, I've been wanting to do this myself for a while. I bought all the goods for it, just don't have the shelf space at the moment.
I haven't been able to find any sleeves that exactly fit the cards; idk what this form-factor is called or if it's just a Japanese thing, but I've taken them into Baseball/Trading card shops before to see if they had anything that fits, and have yet to get anything but a, "WTF is this, why are they so skinny" response.

Not that this is cost effective, but has anyone ever tried getting their battle beasts cards graded through PSA?

idk, BBs are a niche enough market that this wouldn't end up being worth it. I feel the same way about AFA
