I first saw this lot over at Veers' UofM Epilogue page and decided to just give the guy what he was asking for it so as to cut the wait by 3 days. Paid for the auction Saturday morning, and to my great surprise, the entire lot of 600 arrived today!

The content is as follows:

Flesh 172

Salmon 45

Red 54

Magenta 48

Light Blue 57

Orange 68

Green 62

Dark Blue 60

Purple 60

And if you're counting along in your head, you'll notice that total is well over 600. The total of just MUSCLE figures in this lot comes to 626.
AND NOT A SINGLE CLASS A FIGURE IN THE LOT.
I've been combing through these figures for hours, and there isn't a single one.

Aside from the MUSCLE's there were also:

3 Weird Ball Wrestlers (AWESOME!)

16 standard color, series 1 MIMP

and 10 misc pieces, including a badly beat up WrestleMania figure, 3 of the little Arco guys (two of which are the same sculpt), and a Yuckie Uckie (80's GeGeGe No Kitaro boot), the sculpt of which I didn't have, and am pretty stoked about.

In the end, I bought the lot because it's the biggest bulk purchase of MUSCLE I've ever made, and I love buying big lots and putting them in large vases. If there had been any Class A's, you know I would have auctioned them off on here, as I don't really care for such things, but unfortunately, there weren't. The rest of the figures, I'm not interested in sifting through to find individual colors, so I won't be taking requests. Sorry, I just want a ton of MUSCLE's, and these are all commons anyway. I've attached some pics just for the hell of it.

I thought you were shooting for a master set when you bought this since I know you have some of the higher end figs already.

Also, I'm jealous of the Lucky Yuckie!

I'm sort of casually going for a master set. I picked up three purple Class A's a couple of years ago and auctioned them off on here before I was really even considering trying for a master set. So that's kind of why I'm "casually" working toward it - I will likely never get that lucky again ;)

Looks like a few hours of fun there! Congrats on the purchase and heaps of Muscle. I echo the sentiments on the Lucky Yuckie. I have 2 of them, both of which I found in the wild. Should have swooped up a set when that ebay seller had all those sets ending at around $10 a pop.

Some kind of deformed, plastic dinosaur.

Everyone else, thanks :D

Yeah, I think it was a really cool auction.  Especially with several figures in there that are pretty desirable.  Maybe no Class A, but I prefer cool sculpts in cool colors over Class A myself.

And my offer still stands if you want to part with a few - and join my trading contest at the same time!!!  I even have a few Class A for trade.

But I am really glad someone bought it before I thought about it further.................

:D

Challenge accepted! Though they won't be mint, and they won't be "complete" sets, and they very likely will have scuffs and dings and damage, but yes, Riddler, I'll see your million muscle challenge ;)

Seriously though. I will. I have a warehouse.

Lol good luck!! I think the equation was in that thread. You'd have to buy like 100 muscles a day for like 27 years lol

Thanks for posting the link to the one million muscle thread; it's priceless. Number sense is not some people's strong point. Collecting 100,000 would most likely be impossible let alone a million.

Hahahaha I hadn't even really thought about it, but yeah, 100k is probably waaaay more likely than a million ;)
Not saying I'm giving up, just saying that we'll see...

As far as others trying to complete their sets, you have the same opportunities that I do to snag large lots!

Well, since it seems your goal is to get LOTS of MUSCLE..................hit me up if you want to trade off some of my preferred sculpts to me, and I am sure I can trade multiples more your way to increase your horde!

I would be willing to trade quite a few MUSCLE for those blue claws and colored Sunshines.
