He is a kinkeshi but that one is probably a cheap boot. It looks like it to me anyhow and he is known to be an American boot I believe. Sydot I didn't realize you are in philly. Or maybe I did. I'm right over the bridge man

LRG party! I'm actually about a half hour north of Philly now but I list Philly because its easy to recognize.
I know some other people are close too, like I was talking to Bones about Minikins and we found that we were searching the same dollar trees for them
