This is something I've been working on for about a year now. When I started going after a full set of Real Ghostbusters companion ghosts, I noticed there wasn't a guide or checklist out there for them, so I photographed mine and pieced together this document as I went along. Finally finished it now that I'm done with my set!

In addition to photos of all of them I included name, series, year, and what figure or vehicle each came packaged with.

The only ones I don't own are the Ecto-Glow Heroes ghosts, which I'm pretty okay with since they were just repaints anyway. For the guide I was able to find auction photos of those that I could work with.

I hope you guys find it helpful!

Looks good man! Just need two more myself. You did it in fairly quick order. Been working on my set for almost 5 years now, posting here for almost that long looking for them. Doesnt look like you were after them but the small trendmasters ghosts are pretty rad, especially the Slimer. Might want to consider adding those to the checklist. Here is a picture of them...

Thanks guys!

Screamer, thanks for the pic of the Trendmasters ghosts. I think at one point I had the Slimer. I just included the Kenner RGB stuff for this guide but maybe I will expand it sometime.

Haven't kept track too much--some I had since I was a kid, some I got in trades, and the ones I bought probably averaged out to be a few bucks apiece. The toughest ones to get (besides the Ecto-Glow Heroes ghosts, which I don't have) are the Ecto-Plazm ghosts, and I was able to find pretty good deals on those.

Those Ecto-Ghost are selling for crazy amounts on Ebay!

I need to track down one of those weenie-ghosts... he's pretty hilarious.

Frank,

Are you going to have soley on your littleweirdos.net or is it something that Jon is going to add to littlerubberguides.com too?

You did a fantastic job, man.  Spot on.  Thanks for all the hard work.

Thanks man! I hadn't thought about it but I certainly have no problem with it being available other places.

Do you mean the foreign versions of the Kenner figures? Or something else? I don't really know much about the foreign releases, just the standard U.S. releases.

In Argentina the figures and accessories had variations compared to Kenner line.

The Yolanda versions are badass as well. They are tiny exact replicas of the Kenner figures (If anyone has any please let me know, I would offer a considerable amount for them.)

I realize you were focusing on the Kenner US release but a footnote might be cool to have for those specific ghosts. There was just 4 of the original ghosts that was used for them.

Taking a second look I think there might actually be a couple missing from the large group photo. Let me take a look over mine and I can let you know for sure.

Yeah, let me know if you find any missing. I was pretty sure I squeezed 'em all in there, except for some of the color variations.

Also, I think another page with foreign versions like Josca, Yolanda, etc could be a cool addition. I don't own any though. If someone has them and wants to contribute the photos and info, let me know.

great job on this man, I was just asking someone the other day if anyone had made one of these yet and they mentioned you were in process.

Here's what I have for reference, let me know if you do begin work on that guide and I can take photos to your spec. Orange guy for scale.

The blue one is the only I recognize as a shrunken down Kenner ghost; I don't have any other info to share about these other than they were sourced from Mexico City.

Yes, they are color variations that are missing.

The one to the right of it is a Kenner ghost as well. It's a replica of the original Grabber ghost that came with Peter Venkman, albeit not an exact match.

There was many Yolanda ghosts produced, including four replicas of the original figures' ghosts (Grabber, Wrapper, Gulper and Chomper). The blue one you have there is the Ecto-1 vehicle ghost.

Several others, including non-Kenner ghosts were produced too. The ones on the ends are two examples, including that Slimer, which is the real gem of the bunch in my opinion.

Thanks for the pic--love those things. I've seen them online here and there but still haven't gotten my hands on any. I also remember seeing a figure from this set of the Ghostbusters logo.

Does anyone know how many different sculpts total are in that set?

And I agree Screamer, the coolest one is that Slimer, especially since there wasn't a proper Slimer mini in the Kenner line.
