Got these bones with the Cave Turtle Mikey, but I know they don't go with him! Picture with Mikey for scale.

Just a guess but maybe not from a toy and are drink stirs.

but I dont have any in hand to check the plastic. I know drink stirs are usually brittle and may not make the best accessories.

Hard to say for sure, but I have a feeling these aren't it, unless they are older. They came in a tote to my local shop from a guy's childhood collection.
