What if Hasbro announced that we would only be getting one last wave of figures?

Here is the challange, come up with the six figures you would want if you knew the line was going kaput.
My ground rules are if it is announced already it is safe (I used the wikipedia page for announced figures).

How much of a completist are you, do you just pick the six you want the most, are villians going to beat out heros, and just what will this tell you about yourself

Here is the initial six I came up with

1. Beast (blue furred)
2. Invisible Woman
3. Blackbolt
4. Kingpin
5. Pyro
6. Dr. Strange

I am sure somebody will add at least one or two characters that I think are way better.

Notice Invisible Woman kind of stole a spot. It would bother me to much to look at the hole in my FF. Also Pyro sneaks in only if I have a Mystique and Blob to make a Freedom Force. Other strongly considered characters were Wonder Man, Rogue, and The Falcon.

Well, if this happened, I'd just sell my collection thus far. It isn't big enough or diverse enough for me to continue with any interest. I might keep a couple pieces. But these are the characters If they could only do one more wave, that I would probably keep. They are unique enough, in my opinion, to stand on their own, in or out of a Marvel Universe setting.

Conan (Barbarian, with removeable helmet and fur cape.)

Need to think more on the last 2, but those 4 I would probably buy and keep.


I assume Red and Conan can't be made though. Copyright issues possibly?

URS-What no Soloman Kane, you have two more slots to fill, also I'd at least consider a dire wraith

Did anybody consider doing a wave of all characters from the same sphere?

All Jim Lee X-Men, Inhumans, Avengers, Spider-Man villians?
I thought about an all Asgard wave
Loki, Warriors Three, Executioner, and perhaps Lady Sif or Balder

I remember the Solomon Kane mini series, but don't remember alot about the story.

I thought bout going with a number of teams, but I knew some of my all time favorite characters weren't in teams...well Rocket Raccoon is now, but wasn't over 20 years ago.

And although I have some favorite characters that are in teams, I just think they aren't as impressive unless they are with their team. Guess that makes sense. But Inhumans, Excalibur, X-Force, even the Asgardians you mentioned crossed my mind.

I'm still trying to think of 2 other characters I would be happy with in my wave.

Thanks, it's really just what tickles my fancy. I've never seen a ghost rider figure I really cared for, (don't know if a Vengeance one even exists), but that book was my fav comic series. I also really like both unique and obscure characters. The Walrus and Frog Man were both in my very favorite issue of Spider Man. Unfortunately, toy makers rarely make the characters I would most like to see.

Well by the time this thread is a year old in March it looks like only majinmoo has a list that is anywhere close to being filled. We have both a Thanos w/ Infinity Gauntlet and a Gladiator on the way.

Still nobody on my list except for a rumored Dr. Strange sometime in 2011 and still no rumors of a Rocket Raccoon Universal Ruler Supreme.
