These are two Trash Pack purchases that I had found at Toys R Us back in 2016, and I was wondering, what even were these?

They were like five or six booster packs of the trading card games, with a few being UFT ones instead of base Trash Pack. The first picture was the first one I found, containing two loose Trashies, along with the TCG-exclusive dice Trashie and collector tin. The second container just contained two Trashies, but came with the trash cans. They were in acrylic containers and were about 20 dollars each.

My question is, what even was the deal with these? Toys R Us never sold wholesale or backlot before, these were never on the website, and they never went on sale during the closing sales like other products. These were also sold far past when Trash Pack was still around, Grossery Gang was in full swing already. Were these just random fluke purchases I found (even though I'd found them about four times), or have any of you guys found these at a Toys R Us back when it was still around. And even then, what was the deal with these even existing?
