I've had no luck identifying this assortment of action figure accessories over the years,

so they've all been snoozing in a storage bin.  Ideas?

I'm fairly certain those handcuffs are Star Wars POTF2.

I now see that the Handcuffs are from the 1997 Star Wars TPOTF Death Star Escape set (No. 69737).  Thanks again!

Toy Island Fighting Talk is a ridiculous toy line lol. They re-used a bunch of early GI JOE molds.
