A4 looks like something from Dino Thunder, specifically its White Ranger, but I don’t recognize a specific figure. Without having done any digging, I think you’re on the right track with at least a few of these.

There might be a better one out there, but this site has helped me find some of the MMPR parts I couldnt ID in the past. It missing some of the product lines from certain years, but the earlier ones seem to be fairly complete?

I've identified dozens of Power Rangers pieces over the past year and a half and these are my leftovers. They just made so damn many figures the past 27 years it's incredibly difficult to ID them. I appreciate your help.
