Hello, and welcome to our monthly Council Contest!  Of course, this totally isn't propaganda to make you like me more (Love me! LOVE ME!!!!), it's something that the whole staff has been working on.  Each month, one of us will set up a random contest with random prizes!  And this month's?

Caption This!

 

The Rules:

 

Duration: The contest will run for three weeks:  Wednesday, October 02 to Wednesday, October 24.

 

Caption any of the three photos!  Try to be witty, creative, or funny.  Each member can enter three times, once per photo, although each member can only win one prize pack.

 

The Winner Will Be Determined based on a careful rubric of my personal opinion.  Unless I see that a post gets upvoted a lot - if you want somebody to win, then give that post some reputation!  Otherwise, you'll have to trust my judgement.

This contest has three Trash Pack Prize Packs!  They are first come, first served - whichever winner asks for a pack first (and posts in the winner's thread) will get it.

This caption appears to work for both #1 and #3...
