Definitely Bionicle. Poke around at Bricklink to find out which sets these pieces were issued in:

Thank you

Actually, I take that back. It looks like those parts come from "Hero Factory" sets. The foot is this part:

It came in 6 sets in that color, but none of them also include those blades. So maybe the parts are from a couple different sets mixed together?

Thank you

also..... if  you have a very strong magnifying lens of jewelers loop you can look closely at each of these parts, and it should have a part number on each of the pieces(very very tiny) lego puts a part number on almost every one of their parts, and it can be used to track down what set it originally came in especially when combined with the color you have there.

The gold blades are LEGO part #98135 (Propeller 1 Blade 16L w/Axle [Sword Blade]).

Input the part number on Bricklink and you will note 13 sets which use the pearl gold version--mostly Ninjago sets.

(And as BadLarry & jason76basin stated, most LEGO parts have a tiny part number inscribed which can be inputted into the Bricklink database for further information.  And if you know that what you have is definitely a LEGO part but it doesn't have an inscribed part number,

then you can pore through the voluminous Bricklink catalog, which is divided into multiple categories, until you locate such.

Plus, you can buy any missing parts to complete a set directly from Bricklink members.)

The leg is pretty standard bionicle including the ones with themes from other cartoons like transformers and avengers.  I got a ton of them in a bag.  They are all interchangeable so it might not belong to a specific set.
