Can't see squat, but certainly isn't Ultraman. I won't instantly rule out Power Rangers without a better look but I'm hesitant to say that's it.

Those pics are teeny tiny.  It kind of looks like it has some kind of lion helmet?

I retook the photos.  Hopefully someone can see it this time and tell me what it is?  I think it is a power ranger, but can't figure out if it is important or of value.

I've got one of those. Just a KO power ranger from what I know. I didn't research it much though to be fair.
