I have an old toy dog that I'm not sure the origin of. I remember snatching a toy or two from a classroom when I was younger (yeah idk I was dumb) so that might be why it doesn't look like anything else I have. Did it come in a set?

Actually, it was part of the Blue Ribbon Farm Animals Collection, also by Funrise.

It looks likes there it writing on the bottom of the dog. What does it say?

I know the bottom text says made in China, but there's text above it that I can't make out.It looks likes there it writing on the bottom of the dog. What does it say?

and then either 1989 or 1999
