Poor things.
Probably not actually worth identifying, but they stood out amongst a bunch of "normal" plastic dinosaurs I found in my parent's attic. 
Really captivated by the intricacy of the paint applications.
And the molding is really top notch

Yes. Chinasaurs, or Patchisaurs.
They have been around long enough that Gary Gygax modeled a few D&D monsters after these sculpts when he was first getting started.
Rust Monster, Bulete, and Owlbear for sure.

These are frequently grouped among the often copied lot of “chinasaurs”. No one’s to my knowledge ever tracked these sculpts and their ilk to a particular point of origin, only that they’ve been produced for decades in bags of cheap dinosaurs made in China.

I was so confused.
That is pretty fun they have such a deep history.
