What did you guys do on your 40th birthday?
My birthday is coming up next week, and it just got me thinking... And I was kinda curious: Was it or wasn't it a big deal for you? Did you do something extravagant or something simple with friends or loved ones?
I can't wait to hear Irongrandpa's response!!
(I figure he's tuned 40 twice by now...)

I think we are going to do a simple BBQ with some friends. I'm not one of these folks that's feeling their age so to speak... but I know 40 is a big deal for some. Another friend of mine just turned 40 a couple of weeks ago and he was stressed the whole time leading up to the day. It was pretty funny!

Yesterday was a great day/ BBQ... BUT around 10pm last night I started to get a tickle in my throat, and I WOKE UP this morning w/ my throat swollen shut. Chills. Probable fever lol...
