Wow, if I read things correctly, that auction was back-doored less than 2 minutes after it started. Even assuming you somehow saw this listing the precise moment it went live, how do you even write a message, send it through eBay and have the offer accepted/made official that fast?
Is that even possible or is this somehow even more hinky than just a "I'll give you $XXX to end the auction now"?

I would assume it had an optional opening bid of $20 and a BIN of $200, and someone just opted to BIN.

Right next to the Bid Amount it does say Buy It Now, so it was almost certainly an option already in the auction. Bet the seller thought he was shooting for the moon, only to not realize he could've asked for more and still sold the lot in minutes.

I was the 1st bid in the 1st auction of it, what happened is he ended his original auction, relisted with BIN option and the rest is history.
