This is a "reverse ID"  I guess. 

 

A few months ago, someone was trying to ID one of these blue gremlin-like figures.   If you know the thread, link it up.

 

Anyway, your figure is from this Dude Dice set.

 

Interesting copy on the packaging.  I had no idea folks in the UK said "practise" and "whilst."  Worth a read.
