Says Dimenmark on the back. 1983.

Looks like he was from a Halloween cartoon called "The Great Bear Scare".

Thanks dude! I was able to cross reference the Halloween special, and apparently there was a Christmas special too! "The Bear Who Slept Through Christmas".
The character's name is Ted E Bear. Found a single listing for the toy on Ebay... I wouldn't have been able to find any of this without you!! THANKS AGAIN!

Ted E. Bear, created by John Barret, was featured in many books of the early 80s before the cartoons. Also look up Ted E. Bear Cub Reporter.
