So I was sorting through another box full of old stuff yesterday and I found this little guy.

The clear tube comes off and the little bug guy can be removed from the top. The red rubber... thing... is sticky which makes it really damn hard to put back in the tube. There are no markings of any kind.

 

Anybody know what he is?

I've determined that it's a Chupa Chups toy, but I'm coming up short on finding guides to their toys.
