Hey all,
Since about 95% of my collection is in storage, I cant really post fun pics of them displayed all beautifully like many do here. I wanted to show off a section of my desk at work and ask if anybody else does this? I vaguely remember a thread many years ago where Tortle had quite the work display set up. If you do have toys at work and display them, please post pics and comments to what your co-workers think about them or if anybody says anything about them at all. Or comment on why you chose the figures you chose to display there.

For me, I chose a handful of muscles obviously cause they are by far my favorite toy on earth, some random kinniku goodness (mini stats, robin armor, etc...) including a few god beast customs, rubber duckies which have a story behind them, my work place hides them throughout the building as well as in the stairwells to encourage us fat asses to take the stairs haha, a few batman figs that I enjoy (even though I have a bazillion marvel figs I chose these for some reason, I love the joker & GL figs), superman from comic con, a little ninja a coworker gave me, some marvel mighty beanz, and some finger cuffs (Chasing Amy ref). Nobody has said much, but a few have stopped to admire them, I love the ones that say "what are those?" "Muscle men" "Oh yeah, I remember those" haha, I have been thinking of hiding muscles throughout the building like they do with the rubber duckies and then after awhile half the desks will have muscles on them, that would be effing awesome hahaha.

Well, I don't have a desk at work, so I don't get to do this, but me Mum actually takes some of her Vintage Dolls and displays them in her office from time to time. I'm not talking Barbies, but HIGH dollar dolls like Revlon or Madame Alexander stuff from the 50's and 60's.

Yup, I do this too. All of the figures from L.Designs, McDonalds Transformers, one of my 25th Anniversary Cobra Commaders, pencil sketch from Dr Bo, business cards from TGB and L.Designs, two magnetic TGB Claws, Godsmack mouse pad, Transformer Corvette toys, and all of my Corvette Hotwheels are at work. Soooo, ummmmm, yeah, my office is a bit decorated. I don't have a picture of it right now.

What I have is NOTHING compared to what I've seen around in buildings here. I've seen a few M&M people here.

I'll try soon to get pictures. A guy I work with is into plane models. He is very good at it. He has a few above his monitor, and he said he has 100s of kits at his house. Thing with him is he used to be a history teacher, so he knows the specific details about the plane.

Here are my toys at work. I just received the Corvette clock yesterday from a guy I work with and his wife. They spotted it at a yard sale, and gave it to me, for help I give the husband. This was a total surprise. I just need to find a way to hang it.

For security reasons cameras aren't allowed into the area where I work, but my desk is very definitely festooned with toys as I buy a lot of stuff on my lunchbreak and a few things never make it home. Off the top of my head I have:

Four GI Joe figures with mini vehicles
About a dozen Secret Saturdays cryptid figures
A Groudon Pokemon figure
Three cheap generic knight action figures with swords and light-up eyes
A few of those Megaman figures with the removable bases that clip together

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

Not that exciting unfortunately, I do work for the Home Office but the highest level of classified information I routinely have access to is merely Restricted! It's not national security they're worried about being compromised, just sensitive personal information.

Since you are British, 'sensitive personal information' is a matter of national security!
