I saw the lion in the same condition for $4 once. No idea how accurate that is for a price though.

It´s definitely worth more than $4 at the moment and the condition ain´t to bad either it looks like apart from the fact that its obviously missing a couple crucial elements like you mentioned. Also there´s supposed to be a sticker on the chest as well.
A couple weeks back a complete one in good condition sold for around $75 on Ebay and ones inside the original packaging have gone way higher recently so with that in mind I´d rate this in the range of $10-25 although the 20+ range would really be the max in case you find the right buyer.
If you´re willing to sell I might know someone who´s interested in it.
Nice pieces despite all the issues.
