Just out of curiousity...now that it is known that color Super Rares do exist, and that there may be more of these figures out there, do you think that with how many people are trying to get full color collections and with the recent investigations (mostly by Soupie and URS) into which colors of Muscles were actually made...that a Colored Super Rare would be preferred over a Flesh one nowadays?

I am intrigued even more by the color Super Rare discovery, that more may exist, or that even ALL of them may exist in one color or another. I think if I had to choose now between color or flesh super rare, I would pick color...maybe because it is new an unique, but also because of the bigger mystery behind the new possibilities of more colors existing...

I guess what I am asking is would any of the select few Super Rare owners be willing to trade one of their flesh super rares for a much less common color super rare? Or are there any collectors that may be interested in buying a Colored Super Rare?

Just thought I'd throw this topic into the open out of curiousity.

I would most likely have people make offers to me and the highest offer would get one it, kinda like how you sold off the remainder of the Magnificent 11 once you decided to sell them.

These came to me as a shocker. I bid on them on Yahoo Japan because they had a glossy look to them and I thought by slim chance they may be M.U.S.C.L.E. Super Rares. When I won them I was exited to receive them because of the picture the seller added to the auction (I posted this auction picture in the Test Thread recently). They turned out to actually be Super Rares which was amazing! I put a pretty hefty bid on the figures and am going to refrain from posting the auction link because I have been thinking about selling them to other collectors and don't want the final price to be an issue when determining a sale price for these Blue ULTRA Rares.

Which brings me to believe a new theory about the origins of the Colored Super Rares and also the Flesh ones...

So far Red and Dark Blue...I wonder if there are Purple Super Rares. I think Red, Dark Blue, and Purple were the first run of colors, that would explain the mixed 4-Packs and 10-Packs and the abundance of those 3 colors over the other later released colors. Maybe they made the Super Rares in flesh and those 3 colors (Red, Dark Blue, and Purple) and then stopped those sculpts later on with the decision to only release the run of 233 with the later colors like Salmon, Light Blue, Light Orange, Magenta, and Green.

Or maybe that will be disproven also in the future! Only time will tell.

But still a solid theory based on the new evidence.

Could you take a picture of them next to some other Dark Blue figures? They look different when they're alone.

Thanks! They look perfect when the are next to each other. I guess it's just when they are alone they look lighter. Or it was the sun, or flash, or something...

I think it was probably the lighting outside. These pics were taken in the shade, but it was still bright out there, which may be the reason they look lighter.

Wow, it would be really cool to have that blue ram guy. I seriously doubt that I would be willing to pay the prices that I think these things would command, but could you pm me what the price range in your experience has been? (mostly out of curiosity to be honest)
