Mn, I love these but I'm not about to pay some of the prices people ask for them, especially the earlier releases...
Servbot did you buy yours from EBay?

I got mine primarily from yahoo japan. Average 800 yen a set.

*edit

The eBay prices are obscene. These sets are incredibly attainable. My next batch will contain the rest of the line which is around 50+ figures. And that was maybe 40$ not including shipping.

I often wondered if those were good prices for the lots/sets that are sold on ebay.

It's easy to nab all of the sets from the very beginning for cheap on yahoo japan.

Finally got my box of these guys in the mail. Only missing 3 particular series to have em all. Strangely I received all of Series 1 in green. Would much rather have a mixed colour ratio, but whatcha gonna do? I'll be posting more pics through out the night.

[One note about series 1. These were released before Capcom decided to introduce stands for some of the figs. So most of these cannot stand on their own and have to be leaned up against other more stable figs.]

Lastly here is Series 3! I had previously thought I had 'caught em all' of my last foray on Y!J, but I was mistaken. Need three more sets to slay this beast. Also I've neglected to mention that these guys are essentially kits. Most of them come in pieces you have to assemble. Unfortunately not all of them like to stay together. I'm flirting with the idea of gluing them, but I haven't made up my mind. Thoughts?

Yeah, those are awesome figures, but the eBay US sellers that are offering these, are asking for an arm and a leg.
I love those sculpts though!

I have a few of these somewhere. I'd be willing to donate them to a molder so people can have some on the cheap.

Just out of curiosity - where did you pick these up? I tried ordering a set from etoys-shop.com. They had it for a reasonable price but it's been almost a month with no shipment info or replies to emails. I have unfortunately had to start a Paypal dispute, but I'm really more concerned with grabbing a few of these.
