I finally went to the Mattel official website and asked them in an email if anyone knew where I could find a bunch of leftover M.U.S.C.L.E. Figures, since there must be a bunch of unsold figures in an old wherehouse somewhere. Here's what they said in their email back:

Thank you for taking the time to contact us to express your interest in our M.U.S.C.L.E. figures . We're pleased to have this opportunity to respond to your message.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to assist you at this time because this item has been discontinued from our product line and our stock of M.U.S.C.L.E. figures has been depleted. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our products in the future, please feel free to call us at 800-524-8697, Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M., ET.

I'm still hoping that someone who knows where I can find the figures comes across my email to Mattel and writes back to me about it. Yeah right, but one can hope!
