Here's the lowdown, a couple weeks ago there was an auction for 10 mint unopened 10 packs on ebay, I won 3 and TLarkins won a couple, and I'm sure at least one more of us in the group won a couple or more than one. This person has NOT responded to my emails OR Tyler's phone calls in the past 3 weeks. Now just recently this auction magically showed up:

I'm quoting Tyler when he sent me this and said: "Okay, so check out this shizznit.... I bet she sold all 10 to this guy and then screwed all us over"

This is seriously weak, I was telling Tyler that all the auctions ended for no less than 10 bucks for each 10 pack, so thats means this a-hole was so greedy, they didn't want to let them go for this price and they turned around and sold us all out for about 45 bucks. Justice must be served. This shizznit is NOT cool...

Contact eBay's Safe Harbor department, AND contact the new buyer with the situation. I noticed that she set her feedback to PRIVATE. What a joke.

i've only ever had one bad experience on ebay. i had an auction winner but they never paid, even after a month of me sending repeated emails. i left negative feedback and found out that i wasn't the only one they had done this to. if you're not going to pay, then don't bid!

What the heck is with the private feedback.

There needs to be a better way to get rid of people who abuse ebay.

I have only got ripped off once. Sent some guy like 25 bucks for about 50 muscle men and never got them despite all the emails I sent him.

I've been really luck thus far with eBay but i figured it'd only be a matter of time.. The e community doesn't need people like that giving it a bad name. I say they go and they go now!

Damn! Let me tell you, if you win one of the packs, then she doesn't give them to you, you're getting ripped off. When she goes to sell them all together, it's more of a rip-off.

Anyway, I haven't been ripped off before. My brother has, though. He won a radio controlled car, and got only the engine.

Everyone that got ripped off by this lady should file a Fraud Complaint form through Safe Harbor. You have to wait 30 days after the auction ended, but if she receives 3 or more complaints, she is gone. Now, 10 bad auctions = a lot of fraud complaints. If you all work together on this, she will get kicked off eBay, and she will not have the chance to leave you negative feedback as a way to get back at you.

but i think the complaints need to come from unique/different users. so you need to have Tyler and someone else also complain. but maybe if you sent a letter explaining the situation, it would make a difference. good luck.

Ahh, justice has been served... both accounts have been suspended from using eBay. So, for the time being... no more MUSCLE scams on eBay!!! Man... eBay was really fast on this one... there must have been a lot of evidence against these people....

Please see the above thread. This seller has renegged on o few auctions, and also seems to have been shill bidding on their own auctions, using multiple ebay names.

Ill bet jensmilin is just the account she uses to artificially raise the price on her items or scam people like with the ten packs. Her other account sparkles something is pretty clean in regards to feedback. I hope you guys succeed in getting her kicked off. But reality is that she will just sign back up under a different name, at least she loses all her feedback.

i wrote to the "new" seller of those ten packs to ask about their origin. this is what they wrote back:

can you believe that? what balls. here i am trying to trust that a person is legit and they just keep the charade up. thank goodness they are no longer on eBay. as of today, July 14th, there is no more 10 pack auction and no more sparkle or jensmillan. hooray!!! except uoozuman and rubzone are still out their money.

but i think congrats are in order. everybody was looking out for all the other Muscle heads. that is an example of a real advantage of this board. it is just like RubzOne said: DON'T FU.CK WITH MUSCLE HEADS!!!

by the way, did anyone go to their homepage? i wonder if they listed their home address of phone number or anything fun like that????

Oh dude, I never paid for those 10 packs... I just won and then the seller refused to follow through on the auction, I think the same thing happened with Oozuman. i am just pissed out of pure principle. Of all the kinds of items you could screw someone one, why the hell would you choose MUSCLES? It's obvious that person did their research and figured out how hardcore this group of collectors are and that we would go to any length to get our MUSCLES. People like that seriously need to !@$! off and die

I can't believe a seller would do something like that. At least she should have put a reserve if she didn't want to sell them for what the bidding went up to.
