What colors were available in the colored 28-packs? Specifically, where Red, Dark blue, and Purple figures available in 28-packs?

Yes, in the halfers. I have 3-4 of them
I have one colored 28 pack. It is green, light blue, neon orange and salmon.
I have yet to see a 28 pack with magenta, but that really isn't saying much.

As far as the 28-packs coming in Magenta, thanks to URS' work, I can let you know in a few whether any of the 4 28-packs sets contains a tree made in Magenta. (It's unlikely that Magenta would be completely missing, but of all the colors, Magenta is missing from the most trees, so it's plausible. I'll know in a second or two, anyway.)

Thug Busters - 1 Magenta Tree ( 8 sculpts total) Cosmic Showdown - 2 Magenta Trees ( 8 sculpts total) Mighty Maulers - 2 Magenta Trees ( 8 sculpts total) Cosmic Crunchers - 4 Magenta Trees ( 24 sculpts total) Why can't here ever be a $%@& consistent pattern with MUSCLEs?

Yeah, they seem to have just switched up the colors in the 28 packs. I had a 28 pack with Mag figs in it anyways. I'm gonna rummage through me soups info tonight, and see if I can find any patterns to determine which figs might be exclusive 28 pack figs, and maybe see which ones weren't in which colors.

I have 4 sealed 28 packs. Set #1 has Green, Light blue, Dark Blue and purple. Set #2 has Green, light blue, Orange, Salmon, and magenta. Set #3 has Red, Purple, Light blue, Green and Dark blue. Set #4 has Orange, salmon, Purple, Dark Blue and Magenta. These are the colours i can see through the windows as i still haven't opened them yet and don't really want to. If you need pictures of them, pm me and i will gladly send you some

Soupie and I are interested in color combinations, Since we know 28 pack figures were completely exclusive, and since each pack contains a certain combination of trees, we would only need to know the color of just one figure of each tree in each 28 pack. which can be determined without opening a box. For instance, If the Thug Busters set had a combination of figures in red, blue, and green. We would simply just need know one figures color from each tree. So if figure # 17 and 70 were both Green in your 28 pack, you would know that all the other figures from Part 2 Tree one, and Part 6 Tree one were made in green as well. So just one figure from each tree will suffice. Does that make sense? I have a 28 pack with magenta figures in them.I will post pics for you guys of my 28 packs. I think meatcutta got 4 sealed sets off the same seller as me in a second chance offer? If you did, did you open yours? I'll have a look at the packs and see if i can pick out two figures from each tree, in one colour, like you said and get back to you.
