Time for something fun!
Everyone remember the "Who's Got The Muscle?" campaign?
I will be posting these character ads that were run on the FoxBox way back when. Once they have all been posted, you wil get to Vote! to see who is the favorite wrestler on the board! I will try to do one or two a day, but it really depends n if I can get a chance each day.
These are all DiVX .avi files, so you will need to have the DiVX codec installed. For those of you who aren't the most computer savvy, just go to www.divx.com and download DiVX player. That will install the codec for you.

But, on to the fun! Here come the first 4 spots!!!!

I obviously loved these when they first aired. However, this being 4kids, the votes must not had mattered and they made Kid win. I'm glad someone decided to come up with a voting thing for this forum. It makes me feel all happy inside. =D

While people may say that the manga is better (storyline wise, it is, but I hate it for a number of reasons besides the storyline), I still have a soft spot for the anime. But, I don't understand why the Japanese, save for those who ran the art fansites (Yajima, I miss you!! D=>), hated the anime. Of course, it was watered down, but didn't the first anime tone down some of the violence and add arcs that weren't present in the manga? (and, sorry for the caps, WHY DID THEY KILL ALISA?!!!)

And the 4kids dub to me was a mostly love, somewhat hate relationship; I loved most of the voices, some I thought were decent but I hated Jaeger and Roxanne's voices. I never liked Lisa Oritz, but I was shocked to see Wayne Greyson do such an annoying performence of Jarger (I loved his voice work in the 2003 TMNT cartoon, MIKEY!). However, Trixie's voice is HANDS DOWN, IMO, the best performance. I like her more then Reiko Kiuchi's protrayal of Tamaki, but Tamaki didn't get valley-girl lines. =/

Sorry for being off topic, but I didn't feel like creating a new thread about my opinion on the anime. I didn't want to start a flame war/insane disucssion, but somehow I feel that I may start one in this thread. Please ignore everyone other paragraph besides the first one and contiune.

Actually, Mike (The TRUE [non-creepy, 'Buffaloman is not a pedo, just fae when drunk" midget] voice of MEAT!) did confirm that Kid Muscle won by a 3-to-2 margin over the other contestants combined; 60% isn't bad for a simple majority.

However, each time you clicked on the villian, Dial-Bolic lit up; that was initially thought to be a bug, but it actually turned out to be a gimmick for him 'hacking' the vote to win the contest.

I've downloaded them all with no problems. (I actually don't know if there's sound. My laptop is on mute all the time. XD; )

I usually use RealPlayer for any clips or videos I download from the internet if that can help anyone if they're having problems viewing the clips provided by Johnny. o.o;

Anyway, thanks for uploading those. I didn't have the chance to see all of the characters' advertisements, just a few. I can't wait to see the rest! ^^

But 60%? Wow, Kid/Mantaro has alot of fans (me being one of them... his anime counterpart to be exact).

I wasn't sure who i voted for on these, but I do remember I actually voted. It wasn't for Kid, tho...maybe Dik Dik possibly? Unless Tel Tel had one, then I probably voted him...I can't remember -.-;;;

..and his 4th TV spot actually does make perfect sense to me. XD;
