I spent quite a while looking on the Spawn.com Toy archive and couldn't find this. It doesn't help that their archive is organized by series and I can't remember what this was actually from. I quit buying McFarlane in the early 2000's though so I know it isn't older than 2002 at the latest.

Anyone know this one? I thought it was a Resident Evil figure at first but I was apparently incorrect.

Interesting. I know Macfarline also did horror movie figures too but this does give a serious spawn vib

Looks like Spawn to me as well.  Def not Movie Maniacs, Monsters, Tortured Souls, Infernal Parade, Twisted Fairy Tales.
