I want to use a humidifier in my room, but my room is coated with toys. Will using a humidifier in the same room do any damage to them?

If it has any effect it all it would probably be a positive one.
The big danger for toys that you are planning to keep for a long time is sunlight because of UV rays. Besides that the only other slight risk is heat and very dry conditions. It's not the same threat but if toys are kept somewhere hot and dry some materials can actually dry out or even get brittle. Resin can end up that way and so can some of the old soft rubber toy makers used decades ago. Latex as well. So using a humidifier can actually help keep some toys safe.
The only possible risk at all would be if you somehow ended up making that room moldy it could spread to your toys but that is really unlikely unless it's humidified and really cold with no air flow for months at a time.
