Sorry for the delayed conclusion, I didn't have internet access yesterday. I've updated the map to show the boat placement.
So it looks like ez8o5 got one last shot under the wire and took down the patrol boat!
Since no one took out the battleship, the next contest will be run by the person who sunk the largest ship, 108Kickback.
Thanks to everyone who participated and congratulations to all the winners. This was fun!
