I run the Etsy store for Hollywood Mirror, a company out of Chicago that imports toys and fashion nonsense from Japan. My shop primarily sells figures: Ultraman and occasionally Kamen Rider vintage vinyl toys (the big 5"-7" kind), Ultraman, Pokemon and Anpanman 2" mini figures, some new, some old, no bootlegs. We always have the multicolored original kinkeshi figures from Japan and occasionally the larger, pink 4" guys. Read some of the ad copy. Yesterday I threw a lengthy Conan quote in one of my ads. For years, I have personally collected this stuff, mostly 2" mini figures (though I defer to aesthetics rather than franchise or genre so I have a little something from everything), a long-standing problem with blind-box toys, I am a nerd. And as a nerd, I try to run a store with the degree of kick-assitude I would demand of myself.
So I try to be fair and regular about the pricing. Kaiju figures are $10 across the board, mini figures are frequently 4 for $10, though the Pokemon packs are 6 figures for $10. Kinkeshi are an assorted dozen for $8. We have so many, I try to vary the colors and look of what you get in a pack. What you see is what you get from us.
