the slime of all my yesterdays
rots in the hollow of my skull
they will pick up snakes in their hands, and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not harm them

I have one in a 4-Pack that I may be willing to sell, for the right price...
So the question is. What is the right price?

Slim, but there have been a handful over the years. Check Canadian lots.
Just out of curiosity, what would a purple claw be worth these days?

At least $50-$100 I would think. I know I would pay $100 for that pack, and I amSlim, but there have been a handful over the years. Check Canadian lots.

That price seams reasonable to me. I guess we shall see if that price is right to arforbes. And if he wants to sell it to me!

Well, if you ever find a magenta claw, jump on it, because it isn't supposed to exist. The one above is a tribute to Alex's photoshop skills.I'll pass on the magenta, I would rather have the purple!

Yeah, its a really neat color. One of my favorites, also a favorite among collectors.

I'd be willing to trade my Mag 4 pack for a purple four pack.
Hahaha! Nice!

But anyway, back to the topic at hand: if I had to make a guess, we haven't discovered every M.U.S.C.L.E. figure remaining in existence...and we're probably nowhere near doing so. Plus, I'd think it's highly unlikely that Mattel would have documented production of these Millions of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere by color. Someone might well find a purple Claw or a sculpt in a previously unknown color!
Current collecting goal: obtain all 148 Monster In My Pocket Series 1 figures in regular colors (71.62% there)
So many toys, so little money!

Over the years by observing collections and formulating facts and available information from the group, we as a collector's community have a pretty good idea of what figures were made in which colors and also the rarity of each. You should read through the pinned topics at the top of this thread in "G1 M.U.S.C.L.E., Exogini, Cosmix, etc." and take a look at the Mystery of the non Muscle Sculpts thread at the very top. It will answer some of the questions you may have an fill you in on what we now know from years of observation.
