The photos don't do the colors justice. In fact I took an extra photo of the 7th figure (clear brown) to show how transparent he actually is.
Enjoy...

Just purely frickin' AWESOME! It's soo cool to see some of these monsters (no pun intended) in the flesh for once. Since I was a kid, I always tried to make them & I just never could get the details right with the molds they included. These just look amazing. The clear I-Stomp is just too cool for words & Slugore looks sick too, really slimey & gooey. Sucks a friend of mine used to have the Slugore mold kit, but either 1) I lost it when she gave it to me years ago, or 2) She never gave it to me & it's probbaly been in a garbage dump for quite a few years.
Once I heard about mold making & such a year or so ago, I dug out my old Eye-Gore (the one with the 1 eye & big ears who is red) & Ogore (the blue one who looks fat with tentacles for arms) molds & tried to figure out how to make them "real". As I don't know alot about the mold-making process/don't have any resins to use, I made 1 of each out of Super Sculpey, then baked them. I also tried making 1 Ogore out of hot-glue...which kinda worked.

Sorry if the pics appear crappy, I LITTERALLY just took them like 5 minutes ago.![]()
Kudos on truely captureing the Mad Scientist Monster Flesh & Living Ice kids GodBeast, very, very cool stuff.
Idea: Hey, did you ever think about trying to make them articulated? At least Battle Beast style with 2 moveable arms (although I-Chomp, the little red one that looks like an aligator, might not fall into that catergory). GodBeast, that 7th Monster mold...what Mad Scientist set is THAT from? I've never seen it before.

That 7th character is from the MS board game (you can see it in the photos on that link you posted). I didn't own any of these, Hotnicz had all of them and sent them to me to figure out how to make them into customs.
Your hot glue one looks pretty good...isn't there gitd and colored glue sticks? You should try those. Did you fill each side of the mold and then glue the 2 halves together to make one whole figure? That would help you not get air bubbles or voids I think.

OH YEAH, I totally forgot about that board game! I think my friend had that too, as it seems extremely familiar. That explains why the little guy doesn't really have any feet too.
Ah, okay. Were you able to pour resin into the molds then? Or, did you have to figure something else out?Your hot glue one looks pretty good...isn't there gitd and colored glue sticks? I looked all over & the only things I had found where colored, glittered glue sticks. As for Ogore, I filled each side individually, then glued the dried pieces together. There's a very noticiable gap inbetween the two halves though, maybe next time I'll try smooshing the halves together BEFORE the glue completely cools, that might work.. Is there any type of releasing agent I could spray on the molds to make sure they pop out & don't get stuck?
