This is a bobblehead type toy. Robin's head bounces around freely. Pretty cool, but what I think is equally as cool (if not cooler even) is the box he comes in. Its shaped and looks just like Kinnikuman's house in the anime/manga hahahhaa. Pretty cool. This series has 7 regular figures and one hidden surprise one. Robin is sweet, the others look good, but the Kinnikuman one has this gay ass smile on his face and looks too kiddy. I am glad I didnt get that one.
These are some large keychains, kinda cool. Stand about same height as regular muscles. Their arms and legs move around. Guess there was some more of these but they were really expensive so she only picked up these two.
These are smaller key cover things. They slide over your key (as shown in picture). Pretty cool. She picked up all they had in the store, but I guess there are a few different ones that were bought out already. Not bad, sort of corny, but a potential conversation starter or something. Subtle way to bring more to the board hahahaha.
This little Sunshine thing is interesting. I guess what they were doing with this set is making souvineer type things for different tourist areas in Japan. This particular Sunshine one is from Tsutenkaku (tower reaching heaven), in Osaka. Other characters were posed at other famous castles, shrines, or touristy type places. I got to be honest, judging from the box, this was one of the more cheesy ones, but still cute and there was no telling which one youd get so she didnt waste her money on a bunch of them. They were expensive too and stand less than an inch.
These are what I was most excited about getting. These are the new re-issue kinnikuman keshi released for the 29th kinnikuman reunion. They are sold in these capsules and each is paired with their tag team partners from the Chojin Tag Tournament. Pretty cool. Sort of smaller and firmer than the original keshi and they say yst china on the back haha, so they may be mixed up with bootlegs someday. Pretty cool, I wish she had picked up more of them, but still sweet addition to the collection. Overall I was pleased with what she came back with. had I been with her, it would have been a different story.
This is a picture of one of my turtles, it has absolutely nothing to do with Japan, and nothing to do with Kinnikuman. I am posting him because he is so effing cute and felt like it.
