1) I ship through USPS.
2) I'm from Puerto Rico, shipping from me to the US and the US to me is the same price through USPS (if any doubts, you can also calculate the prices inside the usps webpage).
3) I usually ship Friday or Saturday, but if I can ship earlier I'll let you know
