I got this from a vending machine years ago. The ring on its head is because it was one of those parachuting toys, and that's where the string tied off. Was this originally from anything? Maybe a bootleg of some sort?

Also, that has to be the worst place for a mold injection point ever. I mean, ever.

I don't know what the heck it is but I'm pretty sure I have that figure but mine wasn't made with a ring on top of the head. I love bizarre little toys like that that make you go ?!?!@##$ Huh?

sometimes you gotta wonder if the guy "green lighting" these things is blind or crazy. i guess if you appreciate it for is uniqueness and obscurity it's not too bad though. there's no way he'd win in a fight with any of my other toys.....maybe a #99.

Oh.... just adding some toys to a shelf & ran across mine. Apparently someone carefully removed the ring with an exacto or something. Mineses is purkle. Will add pics later! Oh joy :cry:
