I have this Raphael figure and I just can't pin down where it's from (ie. name, subset, release etc.) Im hoping someone here might recognize him.

The legs are conjoined and synchronously pivot up/down. The Achilles tendons are metal rods that travel up through the legs. When the feet contract there is action at the waist which lurches Raph's entire body forward. The arms are capable of moving independently but the joints are tight enough that when you move one arm the other moves in the same direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I can't find another example of this figure anywhere.

Thank you kindly gentlemen. Much obliged. Any idea on value for just the figure? It's in pretty much mint condition. I would imagine only a few bucks but I have no idea how many of these sets were produced, how frequently they/it come up or if they/it are even sought after. Thanks again Baltanll and Wibble.
