What toy is this?

Best Answer fisheye , 07 December 2025 - 10:17 AM

This is a blast from the past. I posted the pic on Reddit about 3 years ago and someone out of nowhere chimed in and said where it's from. It's from a mobile game called Dream Summoner King. EDIT: Or even Dream Calling King. The second link you can see the figure in the second pic. So cool to figure this out.

Hmm.. I am not sure. This figure has animal ears on its head and a tail on its back. It seems to be some sort of a half-human character. I am still really lost on where this is from.

Do you have the original, uncropped photo? It’s obviously in its original packaging so surely you’d be able to glean something even if the series/figure name wasn’t visible.

I do not actually own the figure. The owner of the figure told me he couldn't figure out what it is. He said it is some sort of a prototype. Here are some more pictures provided by the owner.

That only furthers what I suspected it was, which is a Skylanders figure. Don’t know them well enough to know if this figure saw a retail release or not.

It has no Skylander like Base or Element logo on it the only game in that series it could be from is Sklyanders Ring of heros aka the mobile rpg it kind of looks a bit like the Non playable Human Avatars. But they do not have Armour like that in game.

The packaging and base kind of remind me of a Nintendo amiibo. Maybe? At one point they did make monster hunter amiibo. Have a good day!

Makes sense it was some sort of game figure, and definitely in that Skylanders/amiibo style, but yeah, always a great day when a mystery gets solved!
