My name is Jeff.  I'm the owner of Retrosaurus, a retro toy/video game store in Hamilton, Ontario.  I'm a long time toy collector, and M.U.S.C.L.E. figures are just one of the many toys I collect.  I wouldn't consider myself a die-hard M.U.S.C.L.E. collector, however.  My current collecting goal is to complete a full North American poster set in flesh, and have a nice variety of coloured figures to display with them.  As cool as the Spinning Head Ashuraman is, I could use the money.  It turns out selling used toys isn't a fast way to accumulate wealth (!).

Also if the high bid changes within the last minute will the time be extended at all like most board auctions for a counter offer?

Let's not be so hasty with the s-word. I see nothing wrong with anyone's actions here. The seller has made an excellent effort to show his sincerity, and the three bidders thus far have all made honest bids well within the parameters of typical auction rules.

 

As far as any stipulations concerning time-extending bids, that would be entirely up to the seller. Though some people have included that as a custom rule in past auctions, such a rule is not required.

Based on the OP, bids will be accepted until the stroke of midnight on Wednesday night, Eastern Standard Time, which would be the instant that this auction closes.
