I know it can be tedious - the best thing to do is to take a look at the model numbers and dates on the bottom of the cars. Then take that info and cross reference for comps on Ebay. Odds are nothing you have is worth that much individually... you would probably do better lotting them together in a single auction, or maybe two lots.
Also, there appears to be a lot of wear on them, condition is always a big issue with Hotwheels collectors.
