The Kinnikuman Nisei version is readily available in Japan on DVD.

And Id AVOID that custom Ultimate Muscle blu-ray set at all costs if it is the one I am thinking of- the person that put it together has stretched the image from 4:3 to 16:9 so you are actually losing a portion of the image and it is stretched out and just looks awful. Its also recorded from a UK cartoon block called "Kix" and has station IDs in the corners of the image.

Best company to inquire with about a potential release in the US would be Discotek Media or Mill Creek.
