Future Man is line of bootleg Kinkeshi, circa early 2000's. They came in both the standard keshi pale tone and bags of mixed colors, some of which are glossy.

Oddly, your bag seems to be filled with Future Strength figures, a line that is clearly based on Kinkeshi/M.U.S.C.L.E. yet contains no direct copies of any existing Kinnikuman figures.

It looks as if someone attached a FM header card to a bag of FS figures, then put a bar code sticker on it. Did you find this in an actual store for sale?
