I have here a batch of yellow toy parts and am finding it difficult to find much info on them. Does anyone know what they're for or what set they belong to please?

18 is an incredible crash test dummy seat belt buckle.

15 is from novelty skittle sets in Christmas Crackers.

29 looks like the old Straw Builder, you use it to attach the straws together in a framework.

21 & 30 might be from Kinder vehicles?

And I'd be interested in the answer to 3 as I have one in my bits box.
