Anyone recognize this part? It is a dog bone that has a moving section so it looks like the dog ate a piece. I've been looking through different stuffed animals to see if any of them came with this but haven't had any luck. It was in with 1980-1990s toys so the range is pretty wide. Also there is this little dog pvc figure that I haven't been able to identify as well.

The dog is from Earthworm Jim. I'm pretty sure his name is Peter Puppy.
