I'm going through some of the parts and pieces I've accumulated over time. I'm trying to identify these three pieces: two cape like parts and 1 claw hand. 

 

I'm still researching and looking through figures but if anyone recognizes them please let me know!

 

Also does anyone recognize the little blond figure? I thought it might be a Tree Tot but I haven't found one like it.

The blonde figure looks like the old Piny Pon toys from the 80's. But I couldn't find an exact match.
