I think this may be a generic gumball toy but I thought I would ask here to see if anyone recognized this guy. He is pretty cool and Google Lens is only bringing up on result that matches...and it wasn't identified. The tiny army soldier is just in the pic because I'm he needed a friend.

I can't identify it unfortunately but I'm positive that I owned a similar skeleton toy in the mid-00's. I think it was one of those paratrooper toys with a big parachute. The one I had was in a different pose (both arms down by his side), so I'm guessing the one you have isn't just a one-off.
